Memorial Day is one week away! We are only taking 8 Memorial Day PICK UP orders of these adorable holiday boards for the weekend before heading to the shore.

These will be on our 15 inch palm leaf platter and will come with a tray of crackers.

Pick up will be at Branch Creek Taphouse in Souderton on Friday and Saturday from 8-9:00am.

Mine’s hard to pick but on this board it has to be the Merlot BellaVitano cheese and there’s a few reasons for this.

-Sure this cheese isn’t hyper local, but it’s hyper accessible. For people looking for a cheese that delivers in taste and is accessible, this is your cheese. It’s available at almost all retailers and doesn’t break the bank with its price point.

-Flavor, flavor, flavor. Cheese preference is pretty personal, but with nutty richness this cheese hits on notes that I’d say most people love.

-Works well with others. This cheese is a pairing queen. Munch on it with fruit forward jams, berries, or prosciutto for a perfect bite. My favorite pairing is this cheese, fig jam, simple water crackers and fresh thyme 🤤

Hey y’all! Lots of new faces here so I wanted to share a little more about the face behind Willow Creek.

I’m Elise and in this post I wanted to write a bit about my relationship with helping people and service, and how that resulted in WCC.

I’ve ALWAYS found a lot of fulfillment by being in service to others and have filled my cup by helping people.

In high school I worked at an assisted living center helping to cook for and feed seniors where I developed deep relationships with the residents living there.

In college I helped mentor younger students on my educational path and how to navigate the new normal college life brings.

My first job as a registered dietitian was providing free nutrition counseling to my community. Here I learned that so much trauma and heaviness is put on what we nourish our bodies with and I wanted to find a way to celebrate food instead.

Then, I decided to help myself and took corporate roles as an RD that sustained my lifestyle and promised career growth. While accomplishing both of those things, my cup wasn’t ever completely filled.

Now with Willow Creek, I get to go back to my roots of celebrating food, and be of service to others in my own way. This little business has filled my cup so much in under a year & I can’t wait to see where it goes next!

Can you say kids boards? 🦄🌈🌟

A recent client asked for a kids board as part of a hosting order and I couldn’t have been more thrilled!

Fun colors, textures, and snacks shifted this board away from our usual esthetic and I was so happy for the stretch of service and design.

Hey there 👋 with some new people on this page, I wanted to take the time to do something I realize I’ve never done… introduce myself!

I’m Elise and I’m so happy you’re here! On the surface I may look like just a chick that started a charcuterie company, but there’s actuallly so much more to the story // I am a culinary registered dietitian by trade and have worked in the culinary world and food industry as an RD for over ten years including roles in recipe development and food photography. I love all things food, wine, nature, and local 🪻🌱

As a culinary dietitian, I have always had a love affair with nourishing people with delicious food and helping good food feel approachable to people. Paired with a love of event planning, a creative backbone, classic Virgo tendencies, and a desire to get out into my local community, Willow Creek Charcuterie was born!

My goals for Willow Creek are big and scary - expansion into small batch catering, artisanal store front, food styling consulting and so much more. But for now, WCC is my baby that prides itself on a focus on customization & client-centric, next level charcuterie. My toolbox as a dietitian allows me to help clients navigate dietary needs and special requests with time-honored know how.
