Black Caviar Events and Catering was birthed when husband/wife team Paul and Jessica Carrington merged their passions. Both have toured around the globe planning high end events, and cooking for several different celebrities: Madonna, U2, Paul McCartney, Roger Waters, Rihanna, Eric Clapton, Jon Bon Jovi just to name a few... Paul graduated from Cordon Bleu Sydney in 1999. He then spent the next 9
years traveling and working all over Australia in restaurants and organic produce farms, gaining the respect & knowledge for food that is so often taken for granted. Understanding where your ingredients come from is the fundamental key of innovation. After working the restaurants scene in London for two years Paul decided to leave the restaurant world. In 2009 he started touring the world, cooking for rock stars and road crews around the UK, Europe, & the Americas . He loved it. The high pace, adapting to locations and kitchen around the world growing his craft more & more. In 2013 & 2014 he was the head chef at Lollapalloza Chicago, feeding more than 4500 artists, management & VIP's everyday of the festival. 2014 Paul also led the artist catering for riot fest in Chicago, where he connected with local organic farmers to do a 22 hr spit roasted (hormone free) whole hog for the shows finale. An experience, that all who attended, will never forget. Jessica has been touring, producing events on the road, and more recently for corporate giants since 2007. From Helsinki to South Africa, there is not a country she hasn't arranged an event. She loves to lead teams of people to create memorable events and experience for guests. And with her husbands passion for food-- The stars have aligned. Jessica has produced for Sting, U2, Roger Water, Jayz/Beyonce, Nike, NASCAR and Google. Black Caviar is full of soul and passion.
