July 4th is fully booked but don't let that stop you from getting your sushi fix

We're restocking Friday morning and slaying fish til Sunday - all orders for this weekend must be in by 12am 7/5 (before Friday)

This is one of those weekends where we recommend you bring some insulated bags and ice packs to keep your sashimi cold until you're ready to eat

All nigiri is recommended to be served at room temp so if you plan to travel far, let us know and we can chill the sushi before pick up

If you haven't ordered from us before, all pricing includes taxes so please make sure any goods/services "protection" is disabled on Venmo & zelle or you'll be covering the extra fee

If you're looking for plain fish and rice, feel free to skip us and go to the omakase bar. Don't forget to find a safe parking spot and tip well 😅

If you've eaten at enough omakases, things begin to taste redundant and boring. Rice textures and seasonings may differ from place to place but not enough for most people to notice. Often times you'll find yourself wanting more, especially when they serve you the smallest one-biters.

Our philosophy is simple. Make every bite worth it. Some bites are huge, some bites are more reserved, but each bite we serve is an experience of flavors and textures that you won't commonly find even at the most expensive omakase bars. This is where we shine.

The individual sets will be weekdays only (for now).

This took me longer than expected to add to the menu. I needed extra time to make sure each bite is as close as I can get to perfect.
After a lot of feedback, I'm happy to finally give nigiri a permanent spot on the menu.

Not too big, not too small. Balanced, as all things should be.

The hand roll kits will always be my favorite when it comes to togo sushi. But there's just something special about having that perfect bite

Freshly shucked oysters have been added to the menu, along with this baller version that tastes foodgasmicly good - made with reserve caviar, Hokkaido Bafun uni, and house marinated ikura.

Must order 48hr in advance to allow for prep. Limited availability per weekend. Due to impacted supply, we will be rotating from kusshi, Kumamoto, and shigoku oysters. Oyster sizes will vary.

Beginning June 3rd, we will be open every Friday-Tuesday 12-7pm pick up.

We are shifting this preorder pop up business into something more available and reliable for all of your seafood cravings.

With that in mind, we will be offering more items such as individual meal sets and freshly shucked oysters by this summer!

Thank you all for the support; a special thank you to all of you who continuously buy/share our food. We are always thinking of ways to improve and make the food better than before and it's your support that allows us to continue to persevere! 🙏
