To all of our followers,
After much conversations and considerations from leadership of this group, it is with the saddest news that we announce that Sol Forge Saber Academy will be retiring and ending all activites effective immediately. Sol Forge (formerly known as The Knights of Jedha) was founded back in 2015 with a bunch of nerds just meeting in the park to have fun with sabers. We had our very first booked event ever in 2018 and continued on with appearances for almost 6 and a half years.
During the pandemic of 2020, many birthday parties got canceled, Sol Forge members stepped up and surprised many birthday people in their front yards, at a good social distance of course, and performed so they would have a memorable birthday. Seeing the smiles of everyone that thought their birthday was ruined due to the pandemic was one of my personal highlights of this group.
Sol Forge would donate all profits made to a charity of our choice each year, Childs Play was the charity we would contribute to, so please if you can, donate to them whatever you can to continue their mission in helping children in hospitals around the nation.
Lastly, we would like to thank everyone that invited us to your events, from making photo op appearances, to having us perform and interact with spectators, without any of you, this group would not have had the change in the community that it did for the last 6 years!
