​Valor Catering and Bakery is a delivery based bakery located at beautiful Highland Lake, AL that specializes in wedding cakes and custom cakes and cookies.

About us:

The Brodocks have been in the food business for over 30 years, Kathy, the baker and head honcho, started baking when their oldest son was an infant, as a way to bring in extra income while being a stay at home mom. The business stayed a hobby until 2015, when they built the commercial kitchen onto their home. Since then Valor Bakery has become a Blount County go to for cakes and sweets for all occasions with Valor’s Strawberry Cake being their most requested cake! Each member of the family contributes to the business is some form, from paper work to dishes, deliveries to mixing fondant. It's a little crazy sometimes, but #thatbakerylife is the sweet life.
