Double Duty. My ceremony urns are serving as planters for my ferns. I had planned to buy mums for the urns but my summer ferns are loving the cooler weather. So, I thought their growth spurt deserved an elevated container. Happy Fall, Friends!

Lilies, never caught my attention until now. Now they are growing on me. They are long lasting. This gal is 10 days old. The secret to her longevity? Indirect light, removal of the pollen buds on the stamens right after they bloom, fresh water every two days accompanied by a fresh cut. October was one busy month! To be honest, it wore me out physically. So many weddings and events, 16-20 hour days and tons of oatmilk lattes at all the wrong hours. The color palettes and creativity kept me going though. Its an honor to be invited into a couple's vision for their wedding day and actually nail it for them. Thank you to all our couples who offered hugs of appreciation, tears of joy, and applause to let us know we nailed it for you. The best part of being a wedding florist is giving you your dream. Thank you, too, to all my flower friends this past season. It was an honor to flower alongside you😘
Today, after neglecting it all summer, I give my garden a bit of attention I find an "October Rose." Mother Natured, you nailed it and I am grateful for this surprise. I wish IG had smell-o-vision so you could fully enjoy it with me.
