CORNERSTONE BAKERY

We are now accepting enrollment for our next class starting on 1.11.23.
I am excited to announce this semester I will be teaching class at the City Mission kitchen!This allows the students to learn how to bake in a professional working kitchen.Classes willbe on Thursdays and start at 6:30pm and end at 8:30pm.
If you would like to enroll a student please message me for details.
Students must be 9yrs-15yrs old.

This has been a long week. You can see how tired we are in the first pic. Then we started clowning around and just having fun with the day. The hard work we put in was so worth it to be able to provide meals for the community of Schenectady. I have a GREAT team!!!

What a great weekend with the class! Isabel earned her chef coat and expressed a desire to learn lattice work for pies- She knocked it out the park!!! Oliver made the chocolate chip cookies by his self and Ben and Gabby did an amazing job on the cobbler!!! 🤍🖤🤎
