This has been a long week. You can see how tired we are in the first pic. Then we started clowning around and just having fun with the day. The hard work we put in was so worth it to be able to provide meals for the community of Schenectady. I have a GREAT team!!!

What a great weekend with the class! Isabel earned her chef coat and expressed a desire to learn lattice work for pies- She knocked it out the park!!! Oliver made the chocolate chip cookies by his self and Ben and Gabby did an amazing job on the cobbler!!! 🤍🖤🤎

This Saturday we will be starting our Summer session! If you are interested in having your child or know a child ages 10-17yrs old that would be interested in signing up message me for more information. We have class on Saturdays from 11am-2pm. On Sundays we are at the Green Market selling our baked goods from 10am-2pm. This is a great opportunity to learn the basics of baking and how to run your own bussiness!

Meet Joker and Qinn. 💙💚💙💚💙

With great sadness Im writting this post. I need to find a loving, caring, bird loving person or family that would like to add these two happy birds to their family. I am moving and cannot bring them with me.
The blue one is a male and the green one a female. They are aproximately 2 1/2 years old. Parakeets can live to be 10yrs old.
I will provide the cage and 1months birdseed and treats.

Isabelle is our newest student to the program. Not only does she love baking desserts, she has also started her own Dog Treat business!!!
She has developed her own recipe and bakes them herself!!! The Cornerstone Bakery is happy to support one of their own by having her doggie treats available at the Market tmrw. Lets show this young and ambitious entreprenuer some love by supporting her work!!!

Today the class made Fuit Tarts. We took a field trip to Villa Italia 2 weeks ago and the class decided they wanted to try and make their own version of the dessert. Excellent job!!! They will be selling their delicious treats tmrw at the Green Market from 10am-2pm. If you're out tmrw make sure to stop by to say Hi and support these hard working students.💕
