Is your property assessed for more than it is worth for property tax purposes? Is the assessed value higher that you believe it should be? The last day to file a Decline in Value Application is coming up soon, the sooner you file, the better your chances for an appeal hearing.... If you have received you 2015 property tax bill, and it is higher than you believe it should, contact us.
