One more! I’m in love with how this sweet little shelf turned out 😍

If you would have asked me 3.5 years ago whether building props and backdrops was in my 5 year plan, I probably would have laughed. But here we are and it’s one of my favorite things to do! It all started with my dad and I making a bird house together in his garage when I was 10. Now he comes to the wood shop to help me build these beautiful pieces for all of you. I wouldn’t trade it for the world!

A make your own penguin station! How cute is that!?

I custom built this bar for early this summer. Made from natural maple. Each piece was hand plained and routed ❤️ I just love how it turned out !

Here’s a little secret… no matter how stunning your backdrop is, it’s only as good as the lettering.

I can’t tell you how many stunning backdrops I’ve seen with beautiful balloon work and then the lettering ruins the whole look. It makes my heart sink each and every time!

If you have watched me letter on site you’ve noticed I always have my trusty blue tape and tape measure to make sure each letter is perfectly placed, but there is so much more that goes into the process! I’ve spent endless hours learning about font types, spacing, sizing, color and researching new fonts so I know the perfect style to fit your event 💕

Here’s the thing…I love sharing what I know!! Whether you’re a future client looking to plan your next event or a fellow vendor, I am always excited to to grab a coffee, talk shop and get creative!

Our new bar made her debut at the grand opening for . She is now available to book for your next event! Perfect as a bar, dessert or app display. The bar has two shelves to make serving from behind easy!

For grand opening we went with natural earth tones paired with warm wood accents for the backdrop and lettering to pair with their stunning aesthetic. Our partner topped off the look with her stunning balloon design using the apartments brand colors to pull everything together!

The first time I met Emily with we were hired separately by Zupas Cafe for a grand opening. Something told me we would make a great team. After a couple more small jobs we decided to partner together and I have to say, I think we made the right decision 💕
