For most of my life, I wore layers and masks that stopped me from being who I really was. For some people (including family), I tried to read them, and figure out which version of myself I should be to be acceptable to them. I wore masks, and I abandoned myself.

The truth was, I didn’t love myself, and I was looking for validation and acceptance outside of myself, that I was good enough. Part of my healing, was learning to love myself. Learning I’m the only one who can choose not to abandon myself.

Some people will never be able to give us the acceptance we seek. We must give it to ourselves.

And when we learn to love ourselves and BE ourselves, it opens up the opportunity for us to be truely loved by others for our authentic self.

One of the most beautiful things that have unfolded for me in the last few years, it the further activation of my third eye chakra✨

The third eye is our energy centre of intuition and psychic vision✨

I’ve always had visions, however the last few years have awakened my connection to these. I’ve learned that Visions can very subtle as well as intense. And for me, I can often sometimes see and feel a vision. I can feel the energy flowing and tingling in my third eye centre, between my eyes.

Sometimes they take form in symbols, and can be easily missed if we are not attuned to what is flashing through our “vision”.

In my early twenties, a prophetic man told me that I “would be given eyes to see, what is really going on”. I’m vision impaired, so this was an interesting prophecy, however I knew he was referring to my spiritual vision.

I use this beautiful gift in my readings as well as my other spiritual gifts. It feels so beautiful and magical to see and feel these visions and I love sharing them with you.

One of my gifts, is that I feel energy. I can tune into the energy of people, spaces and flowers.

To some people, “energy” talk is a foreign language. This part of my path to master and articulate energy, plant and flower medicine (amoungst other things).

I made this floral installation as a healing. In this day, I received the healing g energy of the sunflower. This is was I felt, received and learned.

Flowers have powers and have unique healing vibrations. Medicine is all around us growing wild. There is immerse magic in the meadows🌻🌻🌻

Heartbreak is a potent portal to many things,
Including our own power.

When we go through heartbreak it invites us to take our power back, deepen into where we are already in our power and create from this place.

Many times in relationships, we can give our power away. People can get controlling in all types of connections including intimate, friendships, family and workmates.

A breakup can break the chains and break the power dynamic. When we are giving our power away, it’s impossible to be in our power.
