Format: The best in classic '70s and '80s mainstream and alternative party songs and videos, heavily centered around post-punk, new wave, dark wave, shoegaze, dream pop, psych, power, indie, and British pop
Why: Fundraiser to support ForestPlanet’s tree planting efforts
Why Retro Format: Why not?

ForestPlanet, a US-based forest restoration 501c3 organization, has planted millions of trees around the world and we’re determined to plant millions more. Transmission's DJ Jake Rudh is a good friend and awesome DJ based in Minneapolis, MN, and on Saturday February 1st he will turn his weekly "Transmission" streamcast on the (free) Twitch platform into a fundraiser for ForestPlanet.
