This morning, all of the girls checked-in with one another during these uncertain times. It’s not the first time since the news of the pandemic. We previously discussed preparing our businesses for the worst but this morning’s check-in hit me a little different.

had a whole sermon in the DMs: “Where are y’all in a rush to get to?”

Whew! So many gems dropped, as usual.

I’ve been at a stand-still with my business, but conversations like the one this morning inspire me to pick up where I left off and keep going. No matter how slow or steady I choose to navigate.

My regular 9-5 job that I’m currently working from home is having some server issues so I picked up my hard drive and looked over my images from the workshop. I am my own worst critic — and I never knew that I needed that community to lift my spirit up sometimes.

I know I say this a lot, but I’m thankful for my decision to join Mecca’s PSWS. I gained a wonderful mentor and life-long relationships with other
