A busy weekend for Baon, another 18th birthday back to back. Busy but thankful! This beautiful venue was at in Haltom City, Texas. We met the owner and she was so accommodating. If you're looking for a venue that can hold about 600 guests, this is the place. For this event we prepared a menu for 110 guests. It was definitely a fabulous celebration. Congratulations to our brother from another mother, who had his Grand Opening over the weekend. We had the honor of catering this special event and couldn't be more proud of him.
In the midst of covid, we found Danny through social media. He was selling wood from his garage, which we eventually used for our catering displays and boards...from then on, we became family. During the pandemic, regardless of how the economy was, he trusted in his faith and opened up a wood store. With God's grace, he has now expanded his store. We are humbled to have been a part of this amazing celebration!

We are a family owned and operated, catering service that was started in 2012 as Baon Filipino Fusion. We have since evolved our non-traditional Filipino menu to one that has a variety of offerings, that touch different cultures and ingredients. Another unique change over the years is the addition of our package of service amenities such as food equipment and decoration rentals, which are exclusively offered to our customers. In 2017, we changed our name to Baon Foods.
Baon Foods is operated by a husband and wife team. Catherine Fetalsana is the mastermind behind our dishes and Michael (Mikey) Fetalsana, handles the logistics from scheduling, staffing and accounts.
