Lt. Gov. Jon Husted announced that catering and banquet centers will be allowed to reopen under the same rules as restaurants and bars.

era. We are catering. It's a matter of changing up, being creative and maybe thinking outside the box!
We are Fired-Up and ready to get back to work. Helping to make your events safe and celebratory is our goal.
Our mobile, wood fired trailers specifically suit outdoor events and proper social distancing can be achieved.

We can "Fire-Up" safely!
Our team will be following the Cuyahoga County Health Board guidelines of mask and glove donning. Our oven's
reach 800 degrees, and all food prepared/baked to keep
it tasting great and safe. Individual disposable
plates/boxes/containers will keep our service style flowing.

Hi All!
We are in quarantine but using this time to experiment with new recipes and expand our catering menu. Our new commercial kitchen at 2138 W. 25th Street, Ohio City Cleveland is our new home and provides new opportunities for not only our mobile catering but our expansion in drop off or delivery.
When the time is right and safe, we will be excited to cater for your events. We continue to take reservations or in some cases postpone existing reservations for a new date later in the Summer/Fall/Winter.
We are celebrating our 10th year in business this season. It will be one to remember with all that is happening in our world right now. It is certainly a time to make changes, be flexible and tweak our usual procedures to conform to new health board rules.
We our sending out a HUGE THANK YOU to our past and present customers and our workers and supporters who have helped us along our journey.
Know that it is this support that motivates us and gives us the determination to continue to move forward. Sending love to all!

Party goers enjoy watching the bakers prepare and bake the pizzas and most of all, enjoy eating the hot fresh pizza right out of the oven. The greatest enjoyment is all of the different varieties, like Chicken BBQ, Spinach/Artichoke and Sweet Red Peppers, Traditional Pepperoni & Cheese or whatever combination your heart desires.
