Hey hey! Thought it was probably about time we showed our faces on here again. We are Aaron and Issy and we are the creatives behind Aaron & Isabel Films. We’ve been documenting weddings now for close to 10 years and while that’s the side of us you see on here, here’s some fun facts you may not know about us:
• We have two little darlings, Noah and Poppy who light up our lives!
• Aaron’s a trained teacher so works at an intermediate teaching film, photography, digital art and design.
• We recently sold up our home in the suburbs to pursue a dream opportunity alongside some friends to renovate some old horse stables in the Wairarapa. Once it’s finished, it will be dreamy accommodation for people to stay in.
• Our first ever wedding was a couple we knew from Church and we decided to make our business after that

Dancing into the long weekend. For the first time in years we don’t have any weddings this Easter so we are very much looking forward to a cosy long weekend at home celebrating our baby girl turning 1!

We captured Paige and Jared’s intimate little family wedding in the weekend. After deciding on Boxing Day that it was time to finally get onto it and plan their wedding, they managed to pull it out the bag and in only 2 weeks have the most special wedding with their 4 beautiful children and close family 🤍

It’s been such a fun few months adjusting to life with our little Poppy but we are also so excited to be kicking off our wedding season with two weddings this weekend! Will forever be thankful to all of our beautiful couples that we get to do what we love as our job
