We were saddened to learn this week of the passing of one of our beautiful wish recipients, Amber. We were honored to grant Amber and Richard's wish in 2017 with the help of our friend Paulina Clute Events, LLC and were deeply touched by their story.

Sending all of our love and hugs to Amber's family as they mourn this enormous loss.

I am so grateful to get to work alongside Tara & Courtney. I’m blessed I get to continue to do the things I love. I’m thankful to have found balance in my life. I am so excited for what’s to come!

This post is deep, friends. Business ownership is hard. Being an entrepreneur is hard. Balancing all that comes with that along with becoming a mom {faced with running a business during a global pandemic + my husband working in emergency medicine & being in school} created a level of stress in my life that I could no longer allow. At the beginning of 2021 I made peace with stepping back from this business. It was not something that came lightly. I spent a lot of time praying about my decision and truly seeking wisdom from family, friends and those I consider mentors in this business. Part of me was sad as I’d dedicated 6+ years to building my company & absolutely loved my couples, getting to plan weddings & parties and be a part of something so special…but in my gut, I knew it was the right decision. I am so grateful I listened. Before the door was even shut, a new one was opening. A new opportunity greater than what I could have imagined for myself. One that is allowing me to balance all the things I love & say no to things like stress & pressure. I am so excited to share my next journey with you tomorrow. XO

Today makes 7 official years of Paulina Clute Events! I spent some time down memory lane last night and did a count of the weddings & events I’ve planned & coordinated. 90! Ninety! I feel incredibly grateful. Looking forward to number 91 tomorrow…and can’t wait to share some exciting news and changes that have been happening {BTS} over here!
