Local business iPipeline got in touch with us to help deliver a small conference for their staff and clients at their offices. This was followed by a networking lunch at , we took on some pre-production and on the day tasks, including sorting, graphics and registration and time keeping.

We had the pleasure of supporting REAP again this year at COP29. The event took place in Azerbaijan, however team NR worked remotely from our office in Cheltenham. We created flyers, slides and helped with printing and branding as well as curating a video to be shown at one of their pavilions.

🍀Portugal wasn't the only time we got on a plane this year🍀

We had a very speedy flight over to Dublin to help run Q Community's Collaboration event in Dublin, This is a chance for Q members in Ireland to network, learn from each other and create progress. The event involved an open space in the afternoon, this encourages conversation on multiple different topics. In the lead up to the event we conducted a venue find, site visit and picked up liaison with the venue and AV company.

In addition to this we also booked a partner dinner in the hotel's restaurant the night before the collaboration event. On the event day we ran registration and supported with AV and facilitating any activities the team needed us for.

The event took place at The Gibson hotel where the staff were fantastic.

🚓 National Black Police Association Conference 🚓
It is always a pleasure to be asked to work with previous clients, so when we got a call from to ask if we would support them as they host the National Black Police Association Conference, it was obviously a yes!

We worked as an extended team of 7 alongside the internal events team at the NBPA and an appointed contact from Essex Police. We were involved from start to finish to deliver high quality production and event management services. We brought in trusted suppliers and freelancers for all of the conference's AV, registration, stage management, and media/design needs. A high profile event such as this needed an acute attention to detail and awareness for a diverse mixture of culture and ethnic backgrounds, which we were able to provide.

The positive feedback from everyone was overwhelming and we were extremely pleased with the delivery of the event and how our team worked with NBPA and Essex police to reach our full potential to deliver two days of conference and a Gala Dinner and Awards!

October saw us work with our incredible client, Q, for the second consecutive year on their Q Community online event. Our team worked tirelessly to build the online platform, organize speaker briefings, conduct extensive testing, and provide on-the-day tech support, ensuring a seamless experience for speakers and delegates. It was a joy to witness over 300 participants engaging with the event, sharing knowledge, and learning from one another.

We spent 5 days delivering the The Speech Den Gestalt Language Processors Conference UK in late September/early October. This brought together nearly 800 individual attendees over the course of the five days and post event. Our role was to build the registration site and virtual event platform from scratch with the help of crowd comms. The event was a resounding success with over 20 speakers and 20 different sessions there was so much important information shared to help deepen the knowledge of Gestalt Language Processors and speech therapy. 💡

After an unfortunate rescheduling the event in Jordan last year, In September Natasha and regular freelancer Jennifer Stockdale headed over to Lisbon in Portugal to deliver the International Fundraising Skillshare for the Virtual Fundraising Hub. This was two days of jam packed sessions to bring together fundraising professionals and experts from around the world to share knowledge, best practices, and insights in the field of fundraising. Participants have the opportunity to engage in workshops, networking sessions, and panel discussions aimed at enhancing their fundraising skills and approaches.

Our team worked on the ground in Lisbon and remotely supporting in Cheltenham to ensure that everything was a success, full event management and logistical processes.

We returned to Woburn House in September with Q for their exchange celebration event. Around 50 delegates attended to take part in a wild tea, sharing of learning from teams on the Q exchange program and lots of opportunity for networking. 🎪Camp Bestival 🎪

During the summer, we were thrilled to be able to work with APL Event at Camp Bestival Dorset Camp Bestival Shropshire where we spent a total of 41 days working across both festival sites. Our team embraced multiple responsibilities, from site-coordinator to artist and guest, staff and corporate campsite management alongside Curious Events

Despite facing challenging weather conditions at times, both festivals turned out to be a tremendous success. We had a visit from fellow Glastonbury evictions team member Steph and new found festival lover Jaxon! We truly enjoyed the experience of being back in a field! Oh, and having some time to watch McFly headline....Twice!🌟🎸 Can't wait to be back in 2025!
