WOW...what an AMAZING year!! We are so lucky to get to do what we do! All the vendor events, festival work, board and committee meetings and consultations... it really has been a great way to meet and get to know so many wonderful people!

ANNOUNCEMENT!!! WE ARE SO EXCITED!!

Revolve Productions & The McAlester Italian Festival are excited to announce their partnership for the 53rd Annual McAlester Italian Festival, May 9th & 10th, 2025. Revolve will be coordinating all the indoor vendors, for the festival.

"We have attended the festival in the past and loved it," said Tobi Coleman, co-owner of Revolve Productions. "We are thrilled to be a part of this long-standing event and look forward to making this a great experience for everyone!"

VENDORS PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAMMERS!! I go into our events 3X a day now to delete comments from scammers posing as an vendor coordinator for our shows. I have had people steal our event images and create their own event and take peoples money. I reported them to Facebook and received the response "this doesn't go against our community standards" Facebook will not do anything about it. PROTECT YOURSELF!
Here's what you can do:
1. If someone comments on an event (any event, not just ours) that vendor space is available, PLEASE go look at the "About" tab in the event to see who the actual host of the event is. Message them and ask if the person posting is affiliated.
2. If someone is asking you to pm them for vendor space, PLEASE go look at the "About" tab in the event to see who the actual host of the event is. Message them and ask if the person posting is affiliated.
3. If you see an event you want to inquire about, that may or may not be a duplicate scam event, PLEASE contact the venue in the event and inquire as to who is the actual promoter.
4. When paying for an event, these platforms (Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle) DO NOT allow you to dispute a transaction and get your money back!! It is only safe to send money this way IF YOU KNOW THE PERSON.
