A Vermont Food Odyssey encompasses a variety of food & beverage related activities that may include but is not limited to one or more of the following:
cooking class; food prep. consult--on your site or ours; food tasting; wild edible or wellness forage; yr. ‘round fishing; picnic or restaurant outing; visit to a farm, vineyard, apiary, orchard, sugarhouse, or other artisan food or beverage producers. Whatever YOU want to do we shall be at your service with TLC.

Our Story

As former restaurateurs, event planners, cooking instructors, plus food and wine consultants, we’ve enjoyed our Food Odysseys (a variety of food & beverage related excursions) since the mid-nineties to the Caribbean, France, and Italy. Especially now we relegate much of this to Vermont, where we have lived for most of our lives.

Now for fun and learning we create cooking parties for colleagues, bachelorettes, family or friends. Virtually on line—or as a gathering here in Vermont where everyone pitches in for a casual, relaxed, and entertaining experience all in the beautiful and natural setting of our Back of the Moon, aka The Moon. BYOB and dine outdoors whenever possible.
