A little fried chicken experiment!
Buttermilk to dredging flour, butter milk to flour again. This offers an amazingly thick & crunchy chicken but the double dip is unnecessary in my opinion. Less is certainly more in this case.
We will be adding this fried chicken to our menu when we have it just right

We are a chef duo who have recently joined forces bringing scratch made local foods to the town of Collingwood and surrounding areas.

Chef Brita is everything pastry. Producing some of the best wedding cakes Canada has ever seen, she is a true master of her craft. Supplying local vendors with sweet treats, her goal is to bring all that she has learn over the years to as many taste buds as possible. Check out our various dessert, pie, and specialty cake options. Chef Jordy specializes in fine dining plated dinners. Food that is set to impress using the latest modern techniques in molecular gastronomy. Ask about our self serve catering options and our carefully crafted cheese, sandwich, & charcuterie boards. We do special requested orders too!
