French style chicken salad with shallots and tarragon, ripe tomatoes, greens and crisp bacon on brioche.

Roasted breast of turkey in a tomato wrap with greens, spicy veg gournay cheese, tomato bacon jam and roasted poblanos

Flowers and bows pasta salad with straw cut squash, perlini mozzarella, roasted sweet peppers, olives and pesto vinaigrette.

Chop salad with assorted greens, mini cucumbers, tomatoes, candied walnuts, Gorgonzola, red cabbage and croutons

Fresh guacamole
