With a degree in Science from Jackson State University, she always knew she wanted to be in the kitchen. While conducting research with JSU and hosting social gatherings for friends, she decided to start working part time at a local restaurant. It was there she gained the knowledge & experience in both front and back of the house management, which then instilled in her the courage to start her own
catering services, Irons Cuisines. With over 10 years of culinary experience, Irons has proven hospitality is her passion and is determined to make a trademark brand that delivers a taste of love and passion in every bite. Over the years she has shared her time and talent with people young and old on the basics of preparing meals that are artful and satisfying with the intent of giving clients more reasons to aspire towards a more fulfilling and healthier lifestyle.
