Good morning all, on behalf of Eastcote Events . We are looking for stall holders to attend on our pumpkin picking days.
These days will be filled with fun things for children so we are looking for stalls to keep the parents occupied. We have some indoor spaces and potentially some Gazebo spaces . (I'm going to measure up on Thursday 😀)
We have food & drinks already sorted, and some entertainment for the daytimes including Bluey & Tractor rides 🚜

We are aware of the incident that took place on 16th June involving a local young boy at the Slip n Slide. We wish him and the whole family a speedy recovery, we're saddened to see such an awful accident happen on our site but we can assure you the owners of Ultimate Slip and Slide took every single safety measure necessary, and more, before opening and continue to do so with ongoing risk assessments and updates. Safety is of paramount to them and they are just as devastated this has happened as we are.

🎄 What a great night! 🎄 Thank you to all who came and supported, it was such a lovely festive evening. Minster School Choir absolutely killed it… beautiful carols and beautiful voices. The market was amazing thank you to all the traders, filled the barn with gorgeous smells and so did ! Warming drinks from .and.tipple and a visit from the big man… what more could you want! Oh a cheeky mulled wine… ✅ we had that too! We can’t wait to do it all again next year! … CHRISTMAS 🎅

Join us to belt out some Christmas bangers with Minster School Choir on 16th December. There will be a Christmas market, mulled wine, bar, refreshments, nativity scene and a visit from the big man himself! All followed by Elf the Christmas film … Free entry for the market, just buy your film tickets on the night (£5 adult £2.50 children) we can’t wait to see you - unfortunately no dogs allowed please.

We have had 2 stall holders drop out due to personal reasons, so we have availability again if anybody is interested in holding a market at our Christmas event on Saturday 16th December starting at 4pm… tag friends!
