本隊伍骨幹成員為恒生管理學院學生，成員來自不同學系包括會計學、銀行及金融學、市場學及供應鏈管理,涉及的專業十分廣泛，也是組成實際商業環境的主要原素。另外，隊員亦積極參加課外活動，隊員中大部分為攝影學會幹事，由前期拍攝以至後期製作照片、海報、宣傳單張及短片，以用作推廣及宣傳;部分隊員亦是學生會幹事，經營學校便利店與是此比賽類同，從入貨、物流、存貨、定價、人力分配及宣傳提供了寶貴既經驗。隊伍亦成功邀請不同學系和科目的大專老師的支持，為隊伍提供寶貴的建議。最後，本隊伍希望能以學術知識配合興趣經驗，創出別開生面的營銷理念，且利用專長克服種種困難。
