Revised: Born in Lima, Peru, Maria Del Rosario a.k.a. Sharito began dancing at the age of five. Her passion for dance and music started at a very young age. This led her to compete in various Folklorico dances while living in Peru and participate in dance groups once moving to Los Angeles.

Some of the groups she has danced for are Dances of Peru, Perú Vive and Raices Peruanas. She became a Zumba Instructor in 2017 and has taught at many studios throughout the LA and OC areas.

Over the past couple years she has begun choreographing XV’s and coordinating the events. She’s also currently a High School Substitute Teacher and continues to influence children through Performing Arts throughout LA County with Inca, The Peruvian Ensemble.

Dr. Robert Morgan, a proud native of Jamaica, grew up immersed in the vibrant rhythms of Dancehall and Reggae. At 21, he moved to the United States to pursue his undergraduate studies and was introduced to country two-step, which he danced passionately for several years. His journey then took him to Evansville, Indiana, where he discovered ballroom and swing dancing. While there, he competed across the Midwest in Jack and Jill competitions, specializing in Balboa and Lindy Hop.

After joining the U.S. Navy, Dr. Morgan relocated to San Diego, where his dance journey took an unexpected turn. Following an accident at sea, he was introduced to Salsa and Bachata as part of his recovery therapy. These styles not only helped with his physical rehabilitation but became a lifelong passion. Over the years, he has performed with renowned teams such as Iroko International and Majesty in Motion.

Today, Dr. Morgan serves as the Director of Cyber Forensics at Beyond Ordinary Software Solutions and is the Founder and CEO of Dancing Veterans San Diego, an organization dedicated to bringing the joy and healing power of dance to veterans and their families. His story is one of resilience, transformation, and a lifelong dedication to both his professional and artistic pursuits.
