Our Story

The Bow Valley Jamboree is an annual celebration of the arts, in all formats, for all ages! The Bow Valley Jamboree operates as a committee of volunteers who all believe that the promotion of the arts is vital to a community's growth. The festival is only possible because of the tremendous work from a variety of volunteers—local, regional, business, and artisans. Generous support from communities, the public, and businesses have helped to make the Jamboree such a success. The Jamboree partners with businesses and community groups to promote awareness of the diverse arts and cultural activities the region has to offer. It encourages innovation and diversity and fosters the creative spirit in everyone who attends. Our day–long festival features musical performances, artisans, crafts, and children's activities. It offers professional artists the opportunity to present their work to new audiences, emerging artists a venue to introduce themselves, and a place for artisans to exhibit their creativity. The festival encourages families to enjoy the arts in the idyllic Bow Valley Regional Park setting.
