📢 2025 Updated Packages, Policies & Payment Plans – Reese’s Creative Creations 📢

Effective January 4th, 2025

Welcome to 2025! At Reese’s Creative Creations, we’re setting clear expectations, honoring boundaries, and delivering top-tier professional services. Below are our updated packages, payment plans, policies, and a special note for current brides to ensure transparency and accountability moving forward.

💼 Payment Plan Options:

We understand events require financial planning. That’s why we offer flexible payment options:

1. $250 Retainer Fee (Non-Refundable)

Secures your date and package.

2. Flexible Payment Plans After Deposit:

Weekly Payments: Spread evenly until 7 weeks before your event.

Biweekly Payments: Every two weeks until 7 weeks before your event.

Monthly Payments: Fixed monthly amounts until 7 weeks before your event.

3. Payment Plans Must Be Finalized at Booking:

Once selected, your payment plan cannot be changed.

Payments are due on the agreed-upon dates.

4. Final Payment Due: All balances must be paid in full 7 weeks before your event date.

🚨 Late Payment Policy:

If you anticipate being late, you must communicate with us BEFORE the due date.

2 Days Late: A 30% late fee will be added to the missed payment amount, not the remaining balance.

Example: If your payment was $82.50, your new payment will be $107.25 ($82.50 + 30%).

5 Days Late: Your contract will be canceled. A $150 reinstatement fee will apply if you wish to resume services.

No Communication? No Exceptions.

💍 Service Package Breakdown with Hours Included:

1. Day-Of Coordination – $950 ($1,350 for 100+ guests)

Total Hours Included: 18 Hours

12 Hours on the wedding day (setup, ceremony, teardown).

6 Hours for rehearsal prep, vendor coordination, and final walkthroughs.

When Services Begin: 2–3 months before the wedding date.

Guest Count Over 100: Automatically includes an assistant to ensure seamless ex*****on.

Additional Hours:

Lead Coordinator: $100/hr

Assistant (if required beyond included hours): $25/hr

Bundle Discount: 10% off when combined with a planning package.

All pricing for guest counts over 100 already includes the assistant cost—no surprises, no add-ons.

2. Bride’s New WedSie Partial Planning Package – $1,000

Total Hours Included: 25 Hours

Includes vendor sourcing, design consultations, budget analysis, and timeline creation.

Does NOT include Day-Of Coordination.

When Services Begin:

6 months or less before the wedding date

Or immediately upon signing the contract (whichever is closer).

Who’s Doing the Work: Reese directly.

Clients choose this package because of the trust, confidence, and expertise Reese has built through her brand, website, and reputation.

Additional Hours: $75/hr

Bundle Discount: 10% off when combined with Day-Of Coordination.

Your investment in this package reflects my personal expertise and dedication to ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision.

3. Full Planning + Day-Of Coordination

Under 100 Guests: $2,000

100+ Guests: $2,500

Total Hours Included: 35 Hours

18 Hours for Day-Of Coordination tasks.

17 Hours for pre-wedding planning, vendor meetings, and design consultations.

When Services Begin: Upon contract signing.

Retainer Fee: $250 (Non-Refundable)

Payment Plans:

Weekly Payments: Spread evenly until 7 weeks before your event.

Biweekly Payments: Every two weeks until 7 weeks before your event.

Monthly Payments: Fixed monthly amounts until 7 weeks before your event.

Guest Count Over 100: Automatically includes an assistant to ensure smooth ex*****on.

Additional Guests: $10 per guest over 200

Additional Hours:

Lead Coordinator: $100/hr

💡 A Special Note for Current Brides (Booked Before January 4th, 2025):

Your current payment plan structure AND late payment policies will remain unchanged for the next 30 days (ends February 3rd, 2025).

No Immediate Changes:

Your payment plan stays as is.

The current late payment policy remains in place.

After February 3rd, 2025:

All clients (current and new) will follow the updated policies, including the 30% late fee and $150 reinstatement fee.

This grace period is to ensure a smooth transition while respecting the agreements already in place.

On my 👵🏿 Granny's birthday♥️🥰💍 I was able to marry my first couple. Although I have been ordained for years, I never advertised it due to me already offering so many wonderful services!
