Good afternoon. Thank you for supporting the classes last week. I am looking forward to more fun and dancing with you this Tuesday at The Players Sports Lounge, on the Boulevard at Mar Menor Golf Resort. We are pretty quick at getting ready and set up once the venue opens and aim to start at 16.15. The class runs for 2 hours. We have more UK based dancers coming to visit, and that is always lovely.
On Wednesday morning we will dance at Reflections Restaurant and Bar, San Luis Urb, Torrevieja from 10.30 till 12.30. It was great to welcome new dancers last week; I hope they come back!
A huge thanks to the staff at both venues for their smiles, welcome, and service.

Hi, dancer. Classes are continuing as usual on Tuesdays at The Players Sports Bar, Mar Menor Golf Resort, Torrepacheco. Times are from 16.30 till 18.30. We have some UK based visiting dancers with us at the moment, and loving having them. Come along and give it a try. On Wednesday mornings we have a class at Reflections Restaurant and Bar, San Luis Urbanisation from 10.30 till 12.30. We could do with a few more to join our happy little group.

Good afternoon. Classes as normal this coming week, at The Players Sports Bar on the Boulevard, Mar Menor Golf Resort from 16.30 till 18.30. We have visiting UK based dancers coming along, so that will be extra nice.
On Wednesday morning we will be dancing our little socks off at Reflections Restaurant and Bar, San Luis Urbanisation from 10.30 till 12.30. Come along and join us. We are a small group, but very friendly.

Happy New Year. Classes resume this coming week after what seems like a long, long break. It will be great to dance again, for sure.
Tuesday the class is at Players Sports Bar on the Boulevard at Mar Menor Golf resort. We will start at 16.30 and finish at 18.30
Wednesday: Reflections Restaurant and Bar, San Luis from 10.30 till 12.30.

A special thank you to those of you who came to Reflections Restaurant and Bar on Wednesday and made it such a super class, with great dancing. I will see you next year on Wednesday January 8th for more fun, music and moves.
I will be teaching in Players Sports Bar, Mar Menor Golf Resort on Tuesday January 7th from 16.30.
I would like to thank my dancers, followers and supporters for keeping the classes going; for your laughter and friendship. Long may it continue.
I hope you have a lovely Christmas and have a good, peaceful and healthy 2025.

Hi dancers,

I won´t be teaching at either venue this coming week - too many Christmas socials, lunches and events to compete with.
The last class of the year will be on Wednesday December 18th at Reflections Restaurant and bar, San Luis, Torrevieja from 10.30 till 12.30.

Hi everyone,

I am looking forward to teaching at Players Sports Bar on the Boulevard at Mar Menor Golf later. If you get there a bit earlier, the dancers meet at Shamrock Bar which is next door.
Unfortunately, I cannot teach at Reflections Bar, San Luis tomorrow morning due to unforeseen circumstances. However, I have confirmed the rest of our classes there till the end of the year. December 4th, 11th and 18th. We will start again on January 8th, 2025.

Good afternoon. I have had a lovely time with you at both classes this week; thank you for the lovely feedback and support. I will be back for more next week.
Meanwhile, Keith Davies of Revolution Dance in UK has been in touch and would love to come back over to Spain to teach and dance with us, and perform. We loved having his input, knowledge and energy. I have a few ideas regarding location etc, but it depends on how much interest there is, and how far people would travel. Thanks to those of you have already responded; much appreciated.

Hi,
A quick update for the coming week: there will be a class on Tuesday at The Players Sports Bar, Mar Menor Golf resort. We are loving the welcome by the owners and staff, and the relaxed atmosphere. It usually opens at 16.00 but if we start a bit late, I can guarantee the session will last 2 hours. We have visiting UK based dancers coming along, and that is always lovely.
On Wednesday morning, I will be at Reflections Restaurant and Bar, San Luis, Torrevieja from 10.30 till 12.30. Again, we are made to feel very welcome, (and the cheesecake is to die for!)

Good morning. I hope you are all well. The effects of the last week's floods, so close to home, have left us feeling shocked and saddened, as well as grateful for our friendships.
I am also reading about UK dance classes closing due to falling numbers. I really hope we can keep Modern Jive alive here, and your support will be critical.
Classes this week are on Tuesday at The Players Sports Bar on the Boulevard, Mar Menor Golf Resort. The bar opens at 1600 and we usually get started at 16.15. The class lasts 2 hours.
On Wednesday, I will be at Reflections Bar, San Luis from 10.30 till 12.30. There was no class last week for various reasons, so come along this week if you can.

Good morning.
Just a quick reminder of classes this week:

Tomorrow, Monday October 7th - Class from 20.00 till 22.00 at the Madhouse, Calle Republica Dominicana, Orihuela. Great venue, great people - we just need a few more to make this class viable in the longer term. Come and give it a try
Tuesday - Rewind Bar, The Boulevard, Mar Menor Golf resort from 16.00 till 18.00.
Wednesday - Reflections Bar, San Luis, from 10.30 till 12.30 - we have a nice little group of very keen and enthusiastic dancers, and will be continuing this class on a weekly basis.
We do need a few more men - come on guys, you will be welcome.
If any of you are interested in watching me participate in the Los Montesinos Carrozas parade, I will be dancing with Footwork dance group. It starts at 17.30 Wednesday evening. Maybe see you there
