They say it's good luck if it rains on your wedding day but, what does it mean if there's a hurricane the day before? This week has been absolutely devastating for the entire southeast just about but, today's post is about the story of love prevailing. The day after, we managed to have some batteries that we charged before which meant we could make this wedding day work still on our front. Everything was ran through generators and the fact that Hunter and Abby were still able to be married with most of their planned guests being able to arrive was a borderline miracle. It was hot but absolutely beautiful in so many different ways, more posts to come with more of chaos hidden but, the way we've seen so many communities come together out of love every day since to serve and help each other is such a beautiful thing. I believe we will all come out on the other side more unified than ever. Please continue to pray for us in the Augusta area as well as the entire southeast. So many friends are still without power, so many people are unaccounted for due to towers being down. Many of our friends with venues have been greatly affected and it may be a while for things to get to a new normal after rebuilding. We love you guys and pray you're all well and holding your family close!
