CHICKEN CORDON BLEU: Baked chicken breast stuffed with ham & swiss cheese, drizzle with a creamy dijon sauce, rice pilaf, garlic buttered vegetables, roll & dessert. ROAST TURKEY DINNER: Turkey, gravy, homestyle dressing, mashed

potatoes, peas, carrots, coleslaw, cranberry sauce, roll & dessert. ROAST BEEF DINNER: Roast Beef, gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, carrots, coleslaw, roll & dessert. ROAST PORK LOIN DINNER: Pork loin, gravy, apple-cranberry dressing, mashed potatoes or rice pilaf, vegetables, coleslaw, roll & dessert. OVEN BBQ'D CHICKEN: Chicken leg/thigh, potatoe salad, pasta salad, marinated carrots, coleslaw, roll & dessert. HOMESTYLE MEAT LAZAGNA: Meat lasagna served with garlic bread & green salad, dessert. COLD PLATE: Ham, turkey, potatoe salad, pasta salad, coleslaw, marinated carrots, roll & dessert. ACADIEN RAPPIE PIE: Rappie pie served with roll & dessert. OVEN BBQ'D CHICKEN: Chicken leg/thigh, rice pilaf, vegetables, roll & dessert. PARMESAN CHICKEN BREAST: Parmesan chicken, rice pilaf, vegetables, roll & dessert. SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS: Sweet & sour beef meatballs, Rice, vegetables, roll & dessert. TURKEY TETRAZINNI: Pasta & turkey smothered in a creamy white sauce, with mushrooms, peppers, celery & onions, served with garlic toast & dessert. CREAMED LOBSTER: Lobster sauteed in butter & creamy white sauce (served either on toasted bread or on it's own with a side homemade roll, mashed potatoes, vegetables & coleslaw & dessert. SEAFOOD NEWBURG: Lobster, scallops, shrimp, haddock & salmon sauteed in butter & creamy white sauce served on a pastry shell, with rice pilaf, vegetables & dessert. ASIAN DINNER (choice #1): BEEF & BROCCOLI: Delicious tender beef strips sauteed with broccoli, julienne carrots, onions & mushrooms in a savoury sauce, served with chicken fried rice, sweet & sour chicken balls & homemade pork & vegetable egg roll & choice of dessert.
