Heading out to spend the evening at . We will be serving up Lemongrass chicken tacos, our crispy avocado taco with bacon and ranch crema and last but not least a shrimp basket with tempura/panko shrimp, charred chili lime mayo and fries. Looking forward to spending some time back "home" in Hamilton!!

Oh, we did an little experiment of the folks at last weeks event. Some of them tried a dish we are going to do at the wineries. A BBQ'd pork tenderloin that is done in a Hoisin, red wine and sambal marinade. The feedback was very positive. Need to come up with a hip/funky name for it

More of our exciting news.

One of the reasons we aren’t returning to the St. Catharine’s Farmers Market (which we are going to miss big time!) is that we have signed a deal to provide meals for a very large corporation 6 days a week! We can’t tell you who and it’s private property so you can't come to eat anyways, but we are super excited about it.

It gives us access to a large production kitchen that we can use to make more food for the food truck. The possibilities are amazing and we can’t wait.

Speaking of new items, we’ve been working on a few dishes for our upcoming season at a few local wineries, Megalomaniac and Coyote Run. So I was thinking of a few “old favorites” from back in the day. What is great on a warm Summer day with a glass of wine?

How about our Grilled Asparagus Salad with Shaved Parmigiana Reggiano and Serrano Ham with a honey shallot vinaigrette?

Seared Scallops with brittle Prosciutto Salad?

Our amazing Summer Tomato Salad with goat cheese and a 5 herb dressing?

Our 1st pre-season event is done.

A huge shout out to Niagara Quartermaster for inviting us out to their season opener.

We had a great time and met some great folks....even the Nomads.

A special addition to the menu is our Keto Burrito 🌯 inspired by Virginia from . Choose from BBQ chicken or Beef(some black beans) in a crunchy cheesy shell with even more cheese, sour cream and lettuce on top.
