Say Yes To The Dress Series!

I am often asked the question, what is the most memorable moments I have shared with a bride during her wedding? After giving the question great thought I scanned through hundreds of weddings over the past 2 decades, for that one special moment that I will always remember above all others. That moment was the day I had the privilege of handling my best friend of 30 years her bridal bouquet as she stood ever so radiant in her custom designer dress. I was also asked to stand in her wedding but, in one of the most unusual ways as her best man (this was back before it became a viral trend). I was so honored to share such a special moment with one of the most amazing/selfless women on earth.

Ironically this was also Versona’s first internationally orchestrated wedding which was held at the charming in Fort Myers FL.

If we were asked to describe this incredible bride in three words pleasant, kind, and gentle. Chelsea’s ability to put her full trust in Versona from our first consultation gave us an added determination to ensure that her special was everything she dreamed of.

The theme “Love Anchors The Soul” ⚓ was so very befitting, as Chelsea Whittaker’s love for her family and friends was so evident on her special day.

From the onset, this amazing bride’s personality shined just as bright as her beauty and we just couldn’t wait to see her in her dress.

In the words of the iconic Jimmy Cliff, “I can see clearly now the rain is gone”. Can I tell you all nerves were on deck when the clouds started rolling in on the wedding day; it was as if the sun chose to break through just in time, to shine a much-needed spotlight on this magnificent beach ceremony. We present you with a clear view of this truly beautiful beachside wedding.

Our custom distressed wooden 15x15 picture frame facade was designed to frame our wonderful couple perfectly while having the turquoise Cayman water at the backs as they faced their guests.

Welcome To Summer

The sun is out and its a beautiful day in the Cayman Islands. We are so loving the warm glow of sun on the crystal clear turquoise water and the quicksand and golden yellow tycoon roses. How stunning is our beautiful rustic chic floral ring that’s framing the elegant bohemian inspired wedding cake by ?

We are so blessed to Live, Work and Play in a country that has been virtually COVID-19 free since the onset of the Pandemic. No wonder the Cayman Islands has been voted one the most anticipated places to visit once it’s borders have been reopen.

We promised and we delivered...
The Epic Surprise Gender Reveal for Andrea & Samuel, their private dinner celebration and all the heartwarming shots 📸 of this special occasion.

The excitement of planning this event in complete secrecy from the couple was exhilarating! Once receiving the green light from the best Grandmother-to-be we dove head first into creating the bespoke facade to the breathtaking navy and blush dinner table-scape.

The pressure was on from the moment we collected the envelope from Dr. Diana and keeping the big secret. To the clients entering the lawn at wondering when and how was everything setup and who was responsible for all this, after all,” we were only supposed to be coming for a simple dinner”. Needless to say the team at truly specializes in building events for our clients from the ground up.
