Modesto Porchfest is all about radical generosity—it's our city's heart on display.
From the warm embrace of porch hosts opening their homes, and musicians filling the air with tunes, to the support from the City of Modesto and MPD, every element is a testament to the collective spirit of Modesto.
While organizers pave the way for your enjoyment, once the music begins, the responsibility shifts to you—the folks of Modesto—to ensure the event's success.
It's everyone's duty to care for one another, to prioritize safety, and to uphold the sense of community that defines Porchfest. We gotta look out for each other and make sure everyone's having a blast.
"We are Modesto Porchfest" means we're in this together. We hope Modestans build a tradition that thrives on mutual respect, kindness, and unity, ensuring the continuation of this event for years to come. We will be sharing some "rules of Porchfest". Please help us share the post and please do what you can to make sure that at the end of this event, we only leave behind the best of memories.
