When we say we do it what it takes to make sure our couples have a wonderful day, well, WE MEAN IT!!!
From planning, to decorating, to fixing broken things, to pin boutineers, to attaching veils securely, to hiding behind furniture for photos, to helping grandparents navigate, to making sure that train is just right, to partying with our people. We work hard to ensure your day is all it can possibly be to make it memorable!!!

Our 2024 calendar is pretty packed, so if you're on the fence about booking a planner or coordinator, do it now! We'll only be taking on another 4 to 5 weddings.

A bit more personal post than usual. But I believe it necessary to give credit where it's earned, share to encourage others, and especially to give a little insight into the kind of people you hire when you book us for your event.

When I say "my girls are the best", I mean it!!! I showed up yesterday for wedding setup and they surprised me with the sweetest gesture. (Thus the very fancy "vase"😆) See, yesterday was what could have been an incredibly emotionally hard for me. It would have been by son's 20th birthday here on earth, but it was instead spent in heaven. And while I'm sure he had a fabulous day doing all of his favorite things, for my momma heart, it was a battle to stay positive and focused. Enter "my girls", as I call them. They bought me these beautiful orange roses to represent my son's love of the Tennessee Vols. And then it had a pop of my favorite color, purple. It was such the perfect and sweetest gesture to remind me, while my world may not look like I wish it would, it's still full of blessings and good things and people. So, when I say "my girls are the best", I MEAN IT!!! They stepped up all weekend to lighten my load AND my spirits. I will never be able to thank them for all the things they do for me. I just hope they know in their hearts they are loved and appreciated!

It's been a busy month for us so we're a little behind on posting pictures! But we absolutely love what we do and all the people we get to meet and places we get to go. We work hard but we so enjoy getting to see people have one in a lifetime moments and experiences!!! We are blessed to be working alongside Along the Gravel Road to help their events be the best around!

Thank you to everyone that encourages us, supports us, laughs with us, and works with us. Without you we wouldn't get to do what we do!

A few fabulous photos from our recent wedding with The Haneys!!! Are they not just beautiful?!?
And that bubble and glow stick exit, how perfect! This is what happens when you have photo and video teams and a coordinator who communicate and work together to capture that perfect moment!😍 We wish you guys nothing but love and joy in your marriage and many years of even more wonderful memories.

On a personal note, our Lynbeck family suffered a recent tragedy just a couple of weeks before this wedding. The couple, their families, and bridal party all showed such great compassion and made everything go as smooth and easy as possible. Not to mention their wonderful other vendors doing their jobs with such professionalism and fun, it helped make our first event back so much better in all the ways!

I can not wait to share more photos and details with you all. But for tonight, know I am so thankful for a job I love, doing unique things, with fabulous people, and getting to be a part of such wonderful moments!!!
