When we say we do it what it takes to make sure our couples have a wonderful day, well, WE MEAN IT!!!
From planning, to decorating, to fixing broken things, to pin boutineers, to attaching veils securely, to hiding behind furniture for photos, to helping grandparents navigate, to making sure that train is just right, to partying with our people. We work hard to ensure your day is all it can possibly be to make it memorable!!!

Our 2024 calendar is pretty packed, so if you're on the fence about booking a planner or coordinator, do it now! We'll only be taking on another 4 to 5 weddings.

A bit more personal post than usual. But I believe it necessary to give credit where it's earned, share to encourage others, and especially to give a little insight into the kind of people you hire when you book us for your event.

When I say "my girls are the best", I mean it!!! I showed up yesterday for wedding setup and they surprised me with the sweetest gesture. (Thus the very fancy "vase"😆) See, yesterday was what could have been an incredibly emotionally hard for me. It would have been by son's 20th birthday here on earth, but it was instead spent in heaven. And while I'm sure he had a fabulous day doing all of his favorite things, for my momma heart, it was a battle to stay positive and focused. Enter "my girls", as I call them. They bought me these beautiful orange roses to represent my son's love of the Tennessee Vols. And then it had a pop of my favorite color, purple. It was such the perfect and sweetest gesture to remind me, while my world may not look like I wish it would, it's still full of blessings and good things and people. So, when I say "my girls are the best", I MEAN IT!!! They stepped up all weekend to lighten my load AND my spirits. I will never be able to thank them for all the things they do for me. I just hope they know in their hearts they are loved and appreciated!

It's been a busy month for us so we're a little behind on posting pictures! But we absolutely love what we do and all the people we get to meet and places we get to go. We work hard but we so enjoy getting to see people have one in a lifetime moments and experiences!!! We are blessed to be working alongside Along the Gravel Road to help their events be the best around!

Thank you to everyone that encourages us, supports us, laughs with us, and works with us. Without you we wouldn't get to do what we do!

A few fabulous photos from our recent wedding with The Haneys!!! Are they not just beautiful?!?
And that bubble and glow stick exit, how perfect! This is what happens when you have photo and video teams and a coordinator who communicate and work together to capture that perfect moment!😍 We wish you guys nothing but love and joy in your marriage and many years of even more wonderful memories.

On a personal note, our Lynbeck family suffered a recent tragedy just a couple of weeks before this wedding. The couple, their families, and bridal party all showed such great compassion and made everything go as smooth and easy as possible. Not to mention their wonderful other vendors doing their jobs with such professionalism and fun, it helped make our first event back so much better in all the ways!

Some days you love your job and the opportunities it gives you just a little extra!!! We were honored to help Jack and Whitney plan their dream wedding that perfectly matched their personalities at the fabulous Davidson Center at The Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville!!! Talk about a one of a kind venue. Then add a precious couple and their wonderful wedding party. There was no way you weren't having fun with this one! We wish the newly married Mr and Mrs Smith a lifetime of adventures and exploration! Thank you again for allowing our team to be such a large part of your day!

I have been waiting to make this point until the video was done. Simply because words do not do justice for this one!!! The joy, the love, the fun, and the happiness this beautiful couple has are contagious. Hannah and Tyler, I will never be able to thank you enough for trusting us to be a part of your day! You and your wedding party were so easy to work with and so much fun it made a beautiful day even greater. Some weddings bring challenges you have no control over and you have to work a little harder to bring a couple's dream to life. But when you nail it and see how thrilled they are........IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!! We had the honor of doing just that for Kirstynn and Ethan. The Riverton provided a beautiful backdrop for a wonderful couple to begin their journey as man as and wife. And even though the wind tried to defeat all our plans, we made their dream of an outside ceremony a reality. Congratulations to The Hesters and thank you again for trusting us to handle all the stress so you all could have all the fun!

Every once in a while, a wedding comes along that you know is going to stick with you forever! This was just such a wedding.
From having the sweetest and most precious couplero helping "The Tribe" set up all the decor and details, it was all just perfection!!! Then throw in guests who are there to truly celebrate plus a ballgame that may be the game of the year and you've added all the elements to have a true PARTY!!!
We were absolutely honored to be a part of Hannah and Dexter's day and wish them nothing but happiness!
And we couldn't have done it all without the fabulous vendors we teamed up with to make it all happen! Big big thank yous to Old Soul Photography LLC DJ Dustin C and Rawhide Cafe for being so flexible and working to make the day fabulous!
