★ Taro Paste Egg Yolk Puff:
100% fresh taro steamed and cooked, enveloping a Shaoxing wine roasted egg yolk, with a crispy outer shell made of pure butter, distinctly layered and rich in flavor!

🥮 Red Date Walnut Mooncake: Homemade red date paste, rich and creamy yet low in sugar, blended with American walnuts to reduce sweetness, creating a delightful multi-layered taste!

🥮 Vegetarian Mung Bean Cake: Following traditional methods, pure mung bean kernels are boiled into mung bean paste for the filling, very fragrant, soft, and not too sweet—perfect for tea time!

★ Pineapple Cake:
Fresh local pineapple simmered for three hours to create a filling that perfectly recreates the sweet and sour flavor of Taiwanese pineapples!
