A Brunch of Books is organized by LaTashia Carter-Perry and Teresa Baker to help aspiring and seasoned authors to achieve their dreams of publishing books for the purpose of impacting lives. Committed to strengthening families and communities through reading and writing, LaTashia and Teresa have both written and published children’s books that are geared towards inspiring, empowering and promoting positive images of children of color. To further their missions, they organized a Brunch of Books.
