You saw the after, so here’s the during…. 😂

Ever wonder what your florist is doing in an outdoor stairwell when the heat index is 112°? I know, I know… sooo dramatic. But listen. It was HOT. 🥵

Thankfully, the final product was SO worth the heat and everything turned out absolutely lovely. But when it gets that hot, your brain just… stops working.

There’s a reason this reel only shows us arranging the smilax and not the flowers — by that point, it was too hot for me to even think about recording. The only thought left in my head was: GET THIS DONE AND FIND AIR CONDITIONING ASAP..

The way we have tried and failed too many times to count to create a “day in the life” video… 😂 So here’s the best I could do — a few quick videos and pics to sum up a slowwwwww day in the studio.

I love an intimate wedding — low pressure, solo (kind of 🫠) studio time, and approximately a million hours of logged audiobook time. 🎧

And the icing on the cake? Staying on Sullivan’s for a little staycation, which means we get the perfect morning and evening to enjoy it. 🤍 Days like this remind me just how good this gig can be ☀️

Consider this your sign to have a little fun with your floral design! 💕 Lizzie leaned a little more classic for her wedding day florals, but for her rehearsal dinner, we got to play! Whimsical, romantic, and just a little bit funky, this intimate dinner on the porch of the Admiral's House was all about bright linens, layers of pink, playful blooms, and plenty of texture.

Our biggest piece of advice when designing your wedding day? Make it feel like ✨you✨

Trends come and go, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with embracing the ones you love. And there’s something to be said for a timeless, classic design, too. But 5, 10, 15 years from now, don’t you want to look back at your wedding day and smile at the details - big or small - that remind you of who you were and what you loved most in that season of your life? Madison and George did just that 💛🐌🐚

For her bridal look, Madison chose a timeless dress paired with a coveted lily of the valley bouquet. Guests were greeted by a lush, flower-filled entryway before stepping into a reception tent where florals in tonal shades of peach popped against punchy linens and playful patterns. And cutie snails were woven throughout her paper goods and floral design, a nod to Madison’s fabulous purse collection! The result? A day that felt charming, timeless, and entirely their own. 💛

While monobloom bouquets have been all the rage the past few years, we have to say My's take on the trend might be one of our all time favorites.
Monochrome, multi-bloom bouquets for the bridesmaids tied together with a bridal bouquet of trailing orchids, anthurium, allium, and tulips. A color story we will never forget! 🌷🌈💛
