Mobile Teppan yaki FLAME Mobile Teppan yaki & Catering at your place in Christchurch. Skilled & experienced Chefs entertain your dinning with excellent foods.

Mobile Teppan yaki - Cook authentic Japanese food in front of you at your place! For buffet style (over 20ppl) we set up tables in front of the Teppan yaki, and prepare disposal plates, forks, chopsticks & serviette for the number of guests. For normal Teppan yaki course (up to 17ppl) we set up tables and chairs for the number of guests, and serve dishes for each guest. (including plates, forks,

chopsticks & serviette)

If you need chairs & tables for guests, we can bring up to 17 chairs & 2 tables (78*180 & 60*120cm) with table cloth to your house. We also have a light for outdoor. Please note: Our policy is we can accept changes for the number of guests up until 3 days before the booking date, but we will have to charge full amount after that according to the confirmed number of guests.

I'm Craig Cop­land. The Wagyu farm­er behind Black Orig­in.
Sin­ce 2016, I've been supplying Wagyu for the Black Or­igin brand, raising these impressive cattle across our dairy herd.

Our Story

Mobile Teppan yaki - Cook authentic Japanese food in front of you at your place! Our Skilled & experienced Chef Hiro will entertain your dinning with excellent foods; Teppan yaki or/and Sushi Catering. For buffet Teppan yaki course (over 15ppl) we set up tables in front of the Teppan grill, and Teppan yaki Chef will serve each dishes on each large plate. We prepare disposal plates, forks, chopsticks & serviette for the number of guests. For normal Teppan yaki course (up to approx. 15ppl) we set up tables and chairs for the number of guests in front of Teppan grill, and Teppan yaki Chef will serve dishes for each guest. (including plates, forks, chopsticks & serviette)

We also have vegetarian, gluten free, vegan option. Please ask the details. If you need chairs & tables for guests, we can bring up to 15 chairs & 2 tables (78*180 & 60*120cm) with table cloth to your house. We also have a light for outdoor.

We require minimum 10 people (or $500) for Teppan yaki Catering. A travel fee may apply to satellite towns (from $15-). Please note: Our policy is we can accept changes for the number of guests up until 3 days before the booking date, but we will have to charge full amount after that according to the confirmed number of guests. For secure the booking date, we require $50 deposit. This is non-refundable due to customer’s schedule.
