Seems like Disney world would've been super quick on spinning the Snow White exhibit where she had 1/2 an arm.. I would've said we are being inclusive to amputee survivors and this is dedicated to them.. they get a whole another audience of $$$. Disney

Day 1 of 39... My goal is to be completely intentional this entire year. 38 was had its up and downs..really pushed me to a different level. Full transparency. No fluff. No fakes.

I was blessed to be able to have my own restaurant operation inside of another business for a year..unfortunately it was purchased by an outside entity which voided my deal with them. The restaurant I helped developed from day -100.. changed so much over the 1.5 years that it was no longer a profitable situation for me, so I left. Yup I walked away from a million dollar build-out..

I only care about the income at this point... the titles and prestige w/ out the proper check is pointless. At the time, I had both situations going at the same time; but they decided they didn't want me to be able to run multiple businesses. I never did any of this for a job. I have an MBA, no felonies, no kids/wife.. I can get up and leave today. So having a job w/ overtime and no benefits doesnt appeal to me. The goal is to sacrifice some $$$ to have complete control over time. So I had to start over. Back to doing caterings, plates, & meal preps.. back to the grind. I love cooking so its all good. Just has my anxiety amped up. Day 1 of 39 is setting the course for the entire year. Full overview of what it is and what it will be. Intentional. And I'm taking you all with me on the journey.

38 was good, bad & great.. but 39 its personal.
