I’ve been selling steaks at bars around town for 7 years now. What started as a side hustle, grew into a full time job, and now a full fledged catering business.

It’s always been a blessing to do something that I love for a living and I never really thought I would want to stop. However, the time has come to focus on the growth of Southern Standard Events & Catering and leave this chapter behind for good.

I can’t say thank you enough to everyone at McIntyre’s for giving me a home and platform to launch my business and grow into what we are now.

& Thursday 2.29 at Mcintyres -downtown will be the last ever Southern Standard steak nights.
We’re going to throwback to the days of $18 plates until we’re sold out both nights. If you’ve ever supported to me, thank you. I hope to see you one last time this week.
