I've been working for over 12 years primarily with dancer/choreographer Susanna Hood where I honed a process driven, live and interactive methodology . This has won me the award for Best Sound Design in the 2011 Summerworks Festival (Toronto) and a nomination for best Original Sound Design/Composition in the 2010 Dora Mavor Moore Award (Toronto) both for "Shudder'. I use everything from laptops an

EVENT PRESENTATION/CURATION

SynapticCircusSundays is a series of primarily music performances I curate at The Tranzac Club (292 Brunswick St. Toronto), the second sunday of each month from 7:30 pm ‘til 9:30 pm. It features some of Toronto’s most skilled and creative musicians in situations that are either freeform, composed or conceptually formed. I have had the great pleasure and honour of doing this curation which allows me to use my 35 years on the scene to bring formal ensembles and ad hoc meetings of multi ethnic/gender/ generational performers int Toronto and beyond.
