The Social Garden 501(c)(3) is about providing communities with an education about growing organic gardens, about heirloom seed, ecologically sustainable gardens, soil conservation, composting etc. We do this by maintaining local gardens that the entire community has access to. Our goal is to have large enough plots of land big to feed the community from our demonstration gardens, thereby providin

g both quality foods and quality education. Society must return to an understanding of whole & organically grown foods. By shifting a focus back to natural foods, we can make these essentials again affordable for the entire community regardless of income. "By establishing and providing community gardens where individuals and families grow their foods and trade with the other gardeners to complete their dietary requirements, in addition to providing a training center to educate them on not only what to eat, but how to grow their food, the best results of healthy diets can be brought about." By concentrating efforts in localized regions that are conducive to providing the necessary land areas and the receptive neighborhood environments, we can benefit the greatest number of people.
