Chef Ted's Chef De Cuisine, was founded by Master Chef Ted Hallson, driven by his love for food, fine art, people and happiness. His background includes graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in New York, into restaurants in New York and Chicago and then back to his hometown, Orono, where he is designing events in the greater Twin Cities Metro area.
