This Oregon antelope was killed 7 years ago and definitely had some staining to show it. This hunter let it sit out for a while before bringing it to us, so there was a little smell and some staining. Even though an animal like that will never be what it could have been if it was brought in right away, I think that this antelope will still look awesome on the wall. As the hunter told us "I like the natural look anyway!"

After shooting my buck, we lost light after only 5-10 minutes and we decided to pull out for a while and come back with more and better lights. As we went back in @jimweaverpencilart was able to locate my buck quickly only about 50 yards away. I never got a chance to really look at him before the shot, so this was me getting to really see my buck for the first time. Such an awesome moment for me!

Here is a little sneak peek at our upcoming Wyoming Antelope and Mule Deer hunt coming out on July 29th. It was an Epic day and an amazing adventure and we cannot wait to share it with you! #antelope #muledeer #hunt #hunting

While hunting in Alberta, we were hunting off of an oil pipeline. To see all of the infrastructure to make that happen is amazing, but the roads aren’t quite roads, but more like a swamp with water and mud, making it impossible to drive in with normal vehicles. The Argos make this journey without too much trouble. Such a fun experience! #argo #alberta #adventure

We are working on a full video from our trip to Wyoming this year, but in the meantime, here is a little clip of my mule deer packout! We were about a mile from the closest road, and my buddy asked me if I thought I could pack everything but the back legs out. I told him if we can get it on the pack frame, I can pack it. I made it, but I definitely did not expect it to be as hard as it was!

Here is my first Corsican Ram hunt that I did here in Oregon. Ps. Seeing these Aoudad definitely created a bucket list dream for me as well! 🤣

Watch as Jaime heads to the Eastern Oregon wilderness after one of her favorite animals to harvest, the Mule Deer Buck! Her and her husband Jim will have to brave the weather and the terrain, but for these two, that is just part of the fun.
