Surcos, Spanish for vineyard rows is the name given to these award winning wines made by three generations of the Gallegos family in Napa California.
Enrique Gallegos Sr was one of millions of Mexican workers who came to the US as part other the Bracero Program to fill a labor shortages resulting from WW II. With ambition, hard work, many talents, Enrique sought out the Napa Valley to help with agriculture and establish roots in wine country.
Today, he celebrates his legacy with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. His son Luies and grandson both work in vineyards & cellars in addition to launching Surcos. A beautiful and motivational journey of how this family's dream began as a respectable bracero and now proud owners and producers of their very own wine.
Luies will be at Cena en la Casa Azul. You will have the opportunity to savor his wines and learn more about his family's incredible journey.

We are great fans and we are very inspired by what Frida was and what she did. her strength, her courage and her great talent is why we continue to admire her and pay tribute.
