Hi everyone!
Sooooo we have good news for you all, if you’ve been following us from the beginning you may know we are planning to open a small restaurant.

An opportunity has come our way and for now on we will be working towards that AND we won’t be posting any more meals deliveries for a while! … we have been getting a feel for what Hope needs here and our goal is to keep providing you all with that but on a much bigger scale.

If you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to message me directly!

It’ll still be a little while but please stay tuned for all our updates and progress :)

We are doing a healthy delicious warm salad!

Roasted yam on a bed of cannellini bean puree, dupuy lentils, sautéed mix mushrooms and gremolata. Topped with micro greens and chefs famous lemon dressing and feta cheese!

100% vegetarian

$20 for 1 portion
$35 for 2 portions

5 pm delivery
Free delivery to anyone in Hope, Silver Creek and Kawkawa Lake area

Prawns caramelized shallots, Lemon zest, celery flowers, Prosecco, white pepper finish with cream and orange peel & fresh herbs.
Served with fragrant white rice
And homemade garlic bread to dip the bread in the sauce! It’s so good!!

January 13th 2024

Slow cook pork shoulder with guacamole, habanero sauce, Mexican salsa and cilantro & onion toppings. This will be “make it yourself tacos” with 4 homemade corn tortillas on the side. Everything is from scratch and always made the day of!!

$25 for 1 portion

One last meal before Christmas!
This is a special Christmas dish for you guys, a dish that chef Javier grew up with every Christmas, Birria with lamb, which is like a stew in adobo made with chili, garlic, cinnamon, herbs and spices… BUT We going to make it with a twist! We are going to turn it into ENCHILADAS!
Enchiladas is flour tortillas rolled and stuffed with birria meat and beans, topped with its own sauce, steam carrots zucchini and cheese.

3 homemade tortillas stuffed with birria pork and beef and refried beans

Hi food lovers! So we’ve changed our name from Harvest Cafe to Orange Blossom Bistro!!
The name Harvest Cafe had a lot of meaning to us because we love growing and creating beautiful dishes with the items we harvest. We enjoy spending our family time surrounded by farms, animals, nature and of course gardening. But with another place with such a similar name in chilliwack, we didn’t want to be confused or compared with! We chose Orange Blossom Bistro because orange blossom water it’s an ingredient that’s ALWAYS been in our kitchen, when you smell it it gives you a piece of zen. 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️ and that’s what people always said when they walked into our kitchen at home. And that’s the feeling we want when you walk into our bistro (one day…) But that’s not all, the orange blossom water is an ingredient that is known by Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine and that is our style of our dishes. A beautiful fusion of flavours, texture and color, all over the world. You can not only cook with it but It has MANY other health benefits, it is rich in antioxidants and B vitamins, its used on face, body, hair and nails, it’s used to treat anxiety and insomnia, and has anti inflammatory properties.
So that’s our little story of our name change 😊♥️

We decided to do our giant Burritos weekly since we are receiving high demand for them!

Monday Dec. 18th lunch 12pm or dinner 5pm

Slow cooked BEEF BURRITOS, with flavourful turmeric rice, refried beans, Mexican salsa, shredded lettuce and sour cream.
To add a side of guacamole $5.

$20 of 1 but they are big so it can feed 2 people or 1 hungry person!

In each serving is 2 large meatballs, a nice fresh tomato salad, Homemade speghetti alio olio AND a piece of homemade focaccia bread! 1 portion is $28 and 2 portions are $50. 5 pm for delivery but can accommodate other times as well.

Hi everyone! Just a heads up we are CHANGING OUR NAME!!!
There’s a place in Chilliwack with a name similar to ours and we don’t want to get confused with!
It’s too bad because we really liked this name because it tells you a lot of who we are and what we value when it comes to food.

Please stay tuned!

I’m sure we’ll find a new name just as meaningful as this one.
