The Lincoln Winter Ball is raising funds to support the ‘Fighting Fit’ cancer care programme delivered by the Lincoln City Foundation Charity.

⭐️ Fighting Fit is a programme providing physical activity sessions for anyone diagnosed, or recently diagnosed with cancer, receiving, or clinically signed off from cancer treatment.

⭐️It is a low impact circuit class, helping to build back strength, flexibility and confidence.

⭐️The first 10 sessions are free. Led by a level 4 cancer and exercise rehabilitation instructor all funded by the Lincoln City foundation Charity

⭐️Provides an environment for peer to peer support

Fighting Fit relies on the Lincoln City Foundation Charity for funding along side generous donors and fund raising events.
