Hello to all of our lovely clients!
Just some new policy changes for 2025.
2024 was a lot of lessons learned for us, a lot of growth which was so amazing and we are so thankful!
New Booking Policy:
- 50% non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking or your date will not be saved. We cover a lot of cost up front for our events & delays in payment put so much stress on us to have to scramble at the last minute and worry about payment.
- payment schedules will have strict dates assigned and will be included in your contract that must be signed at the time deposit is paid. It’s so hard to chase everyone around for payments.
- contract must be signed in order to book
- if you have a special situation we are happy to accommodate but please know this will be on a case by case basis
- we no longer allow clients to offer help on any set ups. No matter how qualified you might be. As this creates space for error and we cannot take the blame for problems after installation due to client error. (Yes, this has happened!) 🫣
We appreciate your understanding that friends, family or strangers we will have the same policy as this is a way for us to bring in money for our families!
