The Woodstock Jazz Festival is dedicated to bringing out musicians of the highest caliber along with cutti

ng-edge bandleaders express to the Catskill Mountain’s most fertile music and arts stomping ground, Woodstock, NY. Woodstock’s rich cultural history makes it the perfect home for a music festival featuring skilled improvisers, risk-takers, and players of the highest order. The Byrdcliff Artist Colony, Woodstock Music & Art Fair and the Sound-Outs that led to it, Karl Berger’s Creative Music Studio and Ron Merians’ Joyous Lake music venue have made Woodstock a hub and home for jazz icons for decades. Our hope is to continue this legacy and to expand into a multi-day, multi-venue event with adventurous programming, and educational offerings in the form of workshops, masterclasses, and lectures. �
