I took an inadvertent break from posting over here. Between the holidays, travel and juggling two teenagers schedules- it’s been busy to say the least. Nonetheless I have been enjoying small floral projects along the way, and now that Spring is quickly approaching, I am motivated to get back on here to say hello. This pretty pairing of greens and delicate white flowers are some left overs from a fun birthday bouquet that went out earlier this week. Happy Friday friends…and cheers to longer days ahead with Daylight Savings ☀️

Homecoming 2024 was extra special for me as I got to do a boutonnière for my son💙 Many other hand held bouquets, wrist corsages and boutonnières went out, and I have loved getting all the photos of them being worn. Keep sending them my way!

Happy October friends! With it being 100 degrees again it doesn’t quite feel like Fall, but I know the cooler weather will come soon. I am pleased to be taking orders for Homecoming flowers. DM for orders and with any questions.

I am currently trying to wrap my head around the fact that we just finished the first week of school. How did summer literally fly by that quickly? Getting back into the school routine has occupied the last week and a half, but I was able to create a fun arrangement to thank a very special Mom from all of her kiddos. I went with deep hues and rich tones in anticipation of the Fall season that will be greatly welcomed after this very warm summer. 📸credit

I realized earlier this week that many of you who follow this account may not know the face behind it. My name is Carie & I decided to stay at home to raise my children because of this guy next to me. In a few short weeks he will turn 15. It takes my breath away to even write those words. My son is going to be 15…

This photo was taken of us on Monday before his graduation from 8th grade. I have taken this first week of summer vacation slowly, and given myself time to reflect during the moments when the house is quiet. I hope my children have seen me trying this new business venture- a little out of my comfort zone, a little uncertain, and little insecure- and learned that at any stage of life- it is okay to feel that way. And in spite of those feelings to move forward. I hope they have seen that it is never the wrong choice to take a chance and try something new. I hope that they see all the possibilities that can come from doing just that. I am so appreciative of all of you who have supported me these last several months, and cannot wait to see what comes next. Happy Summer friends!

This week I had the pleasure of sourcing flowers for a wedding. It made me think of my own, almost 19 years ago. I didn’t know much about flowers at the time, but fell in love with those that were chosen for me and these incredible women who stood next to us as we were married. I had no idea then that I would be able to do the same for someone’s special day. Headed into the weekend feeling very thankful for where flowers have led me. Wishing you all a restful weekend full of all the good things💚

Favorite flower Friday! I love hydrangeas. They come in a multitude of gorgeous colors, bloom in the best bunches and can be dried to last as long as you like. I am pleased to be accepting orders for Prom corsages & boutonnières. The last day to order is 5/1.

Well that was fun! I was able to come to my children’s school today to teach flower arranging for their “Learn Something New”Program. I brought the flowers, vases and all the cutting supplies and spent an hour talking with 25 middle school students about flowers and how to make a fun arrangement. The best part? My 13 year old and many of her friends were amongst the students. Made my day that she wanted to be a part of her Mom’s class💗🌸

This birthday bouquet went out yesterday. The only thing that makes me smile more than making something for someone’s special day, is doing so for one of my favorite friends 💗 Knowing the person allows me to create something that looks and feels just like them.

I took an inadvertent break from posting, but haven’t stopped moving forward with this new floral business. We took an incredible trip to Spain and Italy over our Spring Break, and we are now back into the normal routine.
I am gearing up for a fun flower arranging project at my children’s school and getting ready for all the flower requests for Prom. Happy weekend friends🌸
